This publication corresponds to the documents originally submitted. Bicycle lock The present invention relates to a bicycle lock for locking a wheel of a bicycle in a locked state. The present invention furthermore relates to an end piece of a tubular element for receiving and / or enclosing the bicycle lock. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a ring or disc for cooperation with the bicycle lock. Many forms of locks are known for the purpose of locking or locking a bicycle. Such locks are based on many different operating principles. A known operating principle is to prevent rotation of a wheel of the bicycle for the purpose of obstructing the transport of the bicycle. For this purpose, the known ring locks are often known, but also cable locks or chain locks for passage through the wheel. The present inventor has developed the lock according to the present invention with the operating principle of blocking a wheel, but using a completely different inventive concept. To this end, the present invention provides a bicycle lock for locking a wheel of a bicycle in a closed state, the bicycle comprising a tube assembly comprising a frame with mutually fixed tube elements and movable tube elements such as a front fork, the bicycle lock comprising: - a house, - a bolt for providing a blocking action in a blocking condition with which the wheel can be locked, - a channel for arranging the bolt therein, - a latch for keeping the bolt locked in the blocking condition in a latching condition of the latch, - wherein the bolt in the blocking state is in cooperation with receiving means defining a cooperating state in which the bolt and the receiving means block the wheel of the bicycle. The lock can be transferred to the closed state in a very advantageous manner by transferring, such as by pushing, the bolt to the blocking state in cooperation with the receiving means. It is herein preferably provided that this pushing in of the bolt is effected by manpower by means of pressing or kicking in thereof. The latch then locks the bolt in the blocking state, whereby the lock is immediately locked. According to a first preferred embodiment, the housing is attached to the tube assembly, preferably at the location of a front fork or rear fork. As a result, it is advantageously realized that the lock is very robustly attached to, connected to or forming part of the bicycle. Such a placement further provides the advantage that by means of receiving means arranged on a wheel the bicycle can be rotationally blocked with respect to the tube assembly comprising the frame. Hereby removal of the bicycle with a rotatable wheel is advantageously prevented. Such an arrangement near, on or around the hub or axle of the wheel hereby provides a cost-effective realizable mounting of such preferred receiving means. According to a further preferred embodiment, define a space for receiving the latch therein in the block turning state. As a result, it is advantageously realized that the bolt can be inserted into such an at least one space. The limits of this space furthermore preferably provide means for blocking a wheel against rotation with respect to the tube assembly. The receiving means are further preferably arranged on a wheel, preferably the rear wheel, more preferably wherein the receiving means are formed by a fixed part of the wheel suitable for retaining the latch, such as an opening in a brake disc. The blockage of the wheel is hereby provided as indicated above. According to a further preferred embodiment, the receiving means are formed by a receiving member or receiving assembly provided as part of the lock. The receiving means are herein definable as part of the bicycle lock, even if the mounting is on a part movable relative to the housing, such as the receiving means on the wheel and the housing on the tube assembly or the housing on the wheel and the receiving means on the tube assembly . The receiving member is further preferably formed by a ring or disc attached to the wheel, or the receiving member comprises openings and / or recesses for receiving the bolt, more preferably wherein the openings and or recesses are provided with beveled walls. An advantage of such a ring or disc is that it can rotate with the wheel so that a predetermined positional orientation can be maintained with respect to the shaft and / or the tube assembly. Such an opening or recess has the advantage that they can suitably be used as an embodiment for the receiving means since they define a cooperation state in which the bolt and the receiving means block the wheel of the bicycle. A further advantage of such openings or recesses is that a very robust receiving member can be molded. The further preferred inclined walls provide the advantage that the bolt can hereby be expelled from the blocking state. According to a further preferred embodiment, the lock is a sliding lock or a tilt lock. The bolt can be locked in the blocking state by means of such a latch. As a result, the locked state of the lock is secured in an advantageous manner. Alternatively, electromechanical locking is provided. The bicycle lock furthermore preferably comprises bolt-actuating means for actuating the bolt, such as from and / or to the blocking state. Such lap-actuating means are preferably provided as adapted for actuation by means of a human action by means of the hand, foot, or by means of a further body part. This provides for the user to actively and directly operate the lock for locking the bicycle. An operation at the location of the housing, preferably on the outside of the housing with respect to a respective wheel, is preferably provided on the outside of the housing on the outside of the rear fork, more preferably under rear fork. Alternatively, the bolt actuating means are provided as operable by means of a control of the bicycle, as described in greater detail below, or by means of a button operation with electric actuation of the bolt. For the purpose of moving the latch from and / or to the latching state, the lock preferably further comprises latch actuating means for actuating the latch, such as from and / or to the latching state. Such locking means are preferably provided by means of a pre-tensioning member, such as a spring. Alternatively, they are provided by means of a mechanical drive, such as by means of a drive motor or solenoid. According to a further preferred embodiment, the bicycle lock comprises a lock blocking assembly for keeping the lock locked in the lock position, preferably comprising an electric actuator, further preferably comprising a solenoid, further preferably a solenoid in magnetic cooperation with a magnet, further preferably wherein an actuating pin of the solenoid can be provided with a reversible magnetic field for the purpose of attracting or repelling the magnet. By means of such measures according to these preferred embodiments, it is advantageously realized to keep the locking blocking assembly in the locking position. The latch is prevented from being movable out of a slot of the bolt because it is retained by the latch blocking assembly, its actuating pin and / or the magnet thereof, depending on the embodiment. Because the bolt can hereby be kept in the blocking state, the lock is only public by means of actuating the locking blocking assembly or its solenoid, preferably in combination with its magnet, if present. Preferably, the user operates the bicycle for opening the bicycle lock. To this end, it is provided that the user, for example, enters a pin code or operates the lock from an application on the mobile telephone. The communication with the bicycle lock preferably takes place via the central control unit of the bicycle. An authentication of the mobile telephone is provided via the pairing of a Bluetooth connection between the telephone and the bicycle control unit and / or an authentication between the bicycle control unit and the application on the telephone. The bicycle preferably comprises a locking blocking assembly for moving the locking from the locking position, preferably comprising an electric actuator, further preferably comprising an electric motor, further preferably comprising a rotary motor with a locking actuating cam. Such a locking blocking assembly according to this preferred embodiment preferably functions in combination with a tilting latch to tilt the tilting latch relative to the bolt for releasing the bolt. According to a further preferred embodiment, the bicycle lock comprises a state sensor, preferably designed as a switch, for detecting whether the bolt is in the blocking state, wherein the state sensor is furthermore preferably connectable to a control unit of the bicycle for use by the control unit by the control unit receiving a status signal from the state sensor. By means of such a status signal from the state sensor, the state of the lock as being locked and / or open can be carried out from the lock towards a control unit of the bicycle. The execution of a signal including the locked state advantageously provides information to the control unit of the bicycle with regard to the possibility of switching off a contact lock function of the bicycle, such as for a drive, in a rest position or in standby mode position the bicycle and / or enable an alarm function of the bicycle. The bicycle lock furthermore preferably comprises positioning means, such as a positioning pin for keeping the bolt out of the blocking state, preferably for positioning the bolt in an open position. In cooperation with a slot in the bolt suitable for this purpose, an overwhelming blocking force is hereby advantageously provided for keeping the bolt in the open condition. This recoverable blocking force is so small that when the bolt is operated, it functions as a recognizable operating feature of a user interface of the lock. As a result, the user knows that the bolt will reasonably be in the opened state and can be operated with a known force. According to a further preferred embodiment, the bolt is removable from the channel. Hereby it is advantageously realized that the bolt is attachable or is attached to a cable or chain which can be placed around a fixed object for blocking the bicycle lock and thus the bicycle to the fixed object. This increases the safety of the bicycle in the sense that taking the bicycle while it is locked is prevented. As a result, unauthorized transport of the bicycle while it is locked is relatively disadvantageous because the amount of time required for this is increased. Fixed objects that are provided here include a post, lamppost, eye that is attached to a facade, fencing and / or a bicycle parking facility. The housing is preferably arranged in, arranged in, or formed part of a tubular element of the bicycle, preferably a fork of the bicycle, more preferably a rear fork, more preferably a horizontal rear fork of the bicycle. The manufacturability of the bicycle and / or the sturdiness of the bicycle lock is hereby realized in an advantageous manner. The bicycle lock furthermore preferably comprises a part or body, such as a casting, that can be arranged in the housing, for holding parts of the bicycle lock that can be arranged therein as further described in the following description with reference to the figures. A further preferred embodiment according to the present invention relates to a bicycle lock comprising an actuating surface, such as an actuating plate, for actuating the bolt by pressing or kicking against it, which actuating surface is preferably arranged on the housing and / or a fork of the tube assembly, such as a front fork or (lower) rear fork. An advantage of such an actuating surface, such as the actuating plate, is that actuating the lock by operating the bolt is relatively simple with the foot by tapping against the actuating surface, such as the actuating plate, as compared to an above-mentioned preferred embodiment. Preferably, the actuating surface, such as the actuating plate, is hinged to the housing and / or the fork; and / or is provided with a sliding attachment and / or is provided with spring means for a resilient arrangement with respect to the tube assembly. This provides an easily recognizable, robustly operable actuating surface, such as a tapping surface. The hinge is provided both horizontally and vertically. It is further preferably provided that the actuation plate has a curvature on the underside for the purpose of providing a smooth tapping surface for, for example, a shoe. According to a further preferred embodiment, the bicycle lock comprises a button with a button surface attached to the bolt or covering the bolt for providing an operation on the bolt by means of the button surface, wherein the button surface preferably has an elongated shape in a substantially parallel direction with a rear fork , under rear fork and / or the housing, more preferably with a length greater than half the housing, preferably greater than 2 thirds of the housing, more preferably greater than three quarters of the housing, more preferably greater than the length of the house, such as for example one and a half to 2 times the length of the house. An alternative to the actuation surface is hereby provided in the form of the surface of the button. According to a further preferred embodiment, the button comprises guide means for guiding it relative to the tube assembly at the location of the button arrangement. Such guide means are preferably designed as pins or strips that extend in the direction of the tube assembly and / or the housing for guiding it through openings for receiving the pins or strips. Further preferably, spring means are provided for springing the button relative to the tube assembly and / or the housing, preferably for keeping the button at a predetermined distance relative to the tube assembly and / or the housing. For the purpose of forming receiving means, the bicycle lock preferably further comprises a receiving member formed by a substantially disc-shaped member with deviable elements for giving way under pressure from the bolt when the bolt is brought to the blocking state and being substantially form-retaining under pressure from the bolt in any direction from the plane of the disc; wherein the deflectable elements are preferably embodied as flange segments suitable for departing from the plane of the disc under the pressure of the bolt and having a dimensional stability under pressure of the bolt in some direction from the plane of the disc; and / or wherein the displaceable elements are resiliently mountable on the receiving member. Hereby it is advantageously realized that, for example, one or two displaceable elements give way under pressure from the bolt when the bolt is actuated and hits the respective one or two displaceable elements. As a result, the bolt is effectively blocked by the non-contacted locatable elements, such as next to the bolt, at least seen in the direction of rotation of the disc. The bolt is preferably narrower than the pitch of the displaceable elements, so that in the blocking state the bolt holds a displaceable element. The other locatable elements, in combination with the bolt, ensure that the receiver is blocked while the bicycle lock is locked. Such a preferred embodiment would still function if only a district member is present. A further advantage of such a preferred embodiment is that in any rotational position of the receiving member the bolt can be actuated without being blocked by touching the receiving member. According to a further preferred embodiment of the bicycle lock, the receiving member is formed comprising a wheel which is movable relative to a wheel, such as a rotatable receiving disc, such as for receiving the bolt, comprising at least one cam, or a number of cams, near the surface of the disc, between defining the projection of the cooperation condition or a receiving space for the bolt, more preferably wherein the at least one cam, or the number of cams, is provided with a pointed tip or a narrow upper surface, more preferably provided with a carrying disc for supporting the bolt receiving disc, the turntable assembly and the receiving disc comprising guide means, such as via means for providing the movability or rotatability of the receiving disc. An advantage of such a preferred embodiment is that in any position or substantially which position the bolt is actuable with respect to the receiving member. In the event that a collision with the cam should occur, it is realized that the bolt rotates rotational or sideways so that the actuation of the bolt still does not strike the cam, but slides along it. A further aspect according to the present invention relates to an end piece of a tubular element comprising a cavity for receiving and / or enclosing a bicycle lock according to one or more of the preceding claims. Embodiments of this aspect according to the present invention have similar advantages as described with reference to the above aspect. Such an end piece of the tubular element preferably forms the housing of the bicycle. Parts of the bicycle lock according to the present invention are preferably arranged therein. Furthermore, in this cavity, for example, a part or body, such as a casting, can be arranged as mentioned. A further aspect according to the present invention relates to a ring or disc for cooperation with a bicycle lock according to one or more of the preceding claims, comprising openings and / or recesses for receiving the bolt, more preferably wherein the openings and or recesses are provided with sloping walls. Embodiments of this aspect according to the present invention have similar advantages as described with reference to the above aspect. Further advantages, features and details of the present invention will be described in greater detail below with reference to one or more preferred embodiments with reference to the attached figures. FIG. 7 relates to a schematic representation in side view of a further preferred embodiment according to the present invention. FIG. 8 relates to two views of a further preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 relates to 3 views of a further preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a view of a further preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a view of a further preferred embodiment of the present invention. A first preferred embodiment (Fig. 1) according to the present invention relates to a bicycle lock. A first preferred embodiment (Fig. 1 - Fig. 5) relates to a bicycle lock 1 which is integrated in an end part of a lower rear fork 2 of a bicycle. The bicycle lock comprising a housing 3 with a passage opening 4 therein for a bolt 5. The bolt 5 serves for receiving in receiving means, as implemented here by means of recesses 6 in a disc 7 which is attached to a brake disc S. Alternatively, a brake disc which is sturdy enough could suffice for receiving the bolt. The bolt is provided at a control end with a cap 11 with which the bolt is operated by pressing by means of the hand or foot of the user of the bicycle. If the bolt is depressed in a recess of the disc, the wheel of the bicycle is locked against rotation and the bicycle is thus locked. For the purpose of keeping the bolt 5 in the locked state, a solenoid 12 is provided with a solenoid pin 13 movable in the direction of the arrow A. The solenoid is controlled from a control unit of the bicycle for releasing the lock from the closed state as shown in FIG. A. The latch moves in the direction of the arrow B. The latch is under bias of a spring 14 to urge the bolt into the closed position under this bias. In the locked state of the lock, the latch blocks a chamfered surface 51 of the bolt so that it is locked in the locked state. In the opened state, the head 17 of the latch 16 is located at the location of the positioning slot 52 of the head 53 of the bolt 5. To unlock the lock, it is necessary both for the solenoid to change to the state of FIG. 4 B, and that the user rotates the wheel so that the beveled surfaces 8 of the recesses 6 urge the bolt to the open position. For this purpose the inclined surfaces 8 of the recesses cooperate with the beveled surface 55 of the head 53 of the bolt. This is only possible when the bicycle control unit solenoid to the state of FIG. 4 B. The solenoid cooperates with the magnet 15 by generating the magnetic field which, in the blocking state, focuses on attracting the magnet and, in the open state, focuses on repelling the magnet. Furthermore, the lock has positioning means for holding the bolt in the opened condition. These positioning means comprise a pin 21 biased by a spring 22 for pressing into a slot 52 of the head 53 of the bolt 5. This prevents the bolt from moving intentionally to the closed state. A switch 41 is switched by the pin 21 by means of the leaf spring 42. The switch 42 serves to transmit a status of the lock to the central control unit of the bicycle. The position of the pin 21 indicates whether the bolt is in the closed state in which the pin extends to surface 54 of the bolt, or whether the bolt is in the opened state in which the pin extends into slot 52 of the head from the lap. The bolt has a marker ring 19 which visibly clarifies to the user that the lock is in the open position and that the bolt is in the extended position. The cable 17 serves to communicate with the control unit of the bicycle and provides a control of the solenoid and a signal with regard to the state of the switch by means of four conductors. Because of the information regarding the status of the lock, the control unit is able to switch an alarm on and off, taking this information as well as information regarding a contact lock function of the control unit itself into account. It is also provided that the control unit activates the solenoid when the bicycle has a predetermined speed, such as 3 km / h, in order to prevent the lock from being blocked in the locked state by accidentally tapping the bolt during driving or movement of the lock. bicycle. The housing has a passage opening 47 on the underside thereof for draining moisture. Furthermore, the lock has closing rings 58, 59 for preventing the ingress of such moisture. The preferred embodiment of FIG. 6 differs from that according to FIG. 1-5 in that the bolt is removable from the housing and is attachable to a chain 61. Herewith the lock, and hence the bicycle, can be attached to an object, such as a post, fence or bicycle support, such as a staple. In the preferred embodiment according to FIG. 7, the latch 71 is designed as a tilting latch for locking the bolt. For the purpose of operating the tilt lock, a motor 73 is provided which drives cam 75 by means of a chamfer for upward movement of the cam for releasing the bolt. Here, too, a switch 79 is provided which serves as a sensor for the control unit of the bicycle for transmitting a status thereto. The switch is actuated by means of a cam 78 which pushes against a spring 76. Fig. 8 relates to a preferred embodiment in which the receiving means are designed as a disc with displaceable flange parts 81. The flange parts 81 are designed such that they deviate under pressure from the bolt 5 when it is actuated perpendicular to the disc. In the direction of rotation of the disc, the flange parts are substantially rigid and are retained by the bolt. Hereby it is advantageously realized that the bolt can be actuated in any rotational position of the disc, in which case one or at most 2 of the flange parts 81 is forced to give way by the bolt. An aim of conceiving this preferred embodiment is that the advantage was achieved that the rotational position of the disc does not form an obstacle to the bolt actuating and thus locking the lock. The preferred embodiment according to Figure 9 is conceived in the same way. In this preferred embodiment, the disc 7 is provided with very narrow cams 8. Because cams are very narrow, there is a very small contact surface or contact volume for coming into contact with the bolt when it is actuated. In addition, the disc is rotatable relative to a support disc 91, which support disc 91 can be attached to the brake disc S or to the hub of the wheel by means of a bolt connection, in a manner similar to the earlier preferred embodiments. The cam disc 7 can rotate with respect to the support disc attached to the brake disc through an angle of a few degrees, for example 10-15 °. Spring means 92, 93 are optionally provided for holding the cam disc in a central position relative to the support disc. A preferred embodiment according to Figure 10 provides a large actuating surface 101 for the bolt 5. This actuating surface is positionable under the bias of a spring 102. The actuating surface is optionally provided with a curved underside for extending under the fork for the purpose of providing a contact friendly touch surface. Alternatively, according to Figure 11, a bolt operating button 111 is provided with a large tapping surface, this operating button is also provided for a relatively great user convenience for the bicycle lock user. In the foregoing, the present invention has been described with reference to a few preferred embodiments. Different aspects of different embodiments are considered described in combination with each other, whereby all combinations that are considered to be read by a person skilled in the art on the basis of this document are included in the understanding of the invention. These preferred embodiments are not restrictive of the scope of this document. The rights requested are defined in the appended claims. • k -k -k kk
